Dwayne was AMAZING from start to finish\! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible and truly made our trip so much more enjoyable\. He was so friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of the entire time\. He was literally a jack of all trades — our driver, tour guide, photographer, and personal concierge all in one\! 😂 He made sure we got to experience Jamaica beyond just the typical tourist stops, including taking us to Juici Patties and KFC, and even treating us to some AMAZING nitrogen ice cream in Ocho Rios\. 🍦🇯🇲 What really stood out was how attentive he was and how much effort he put into making sure we were comfortable, having fun, and getting the most out of our day\. He helped make the experience feel personal rather than just like another tour\. If you’re visiting Jamaica and looking for someone who is reliable, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his guests having a great time — **BOOK DWAYNE\!** You will not regret it\! My friends and I had such an amazing time with Just Because Tours. Dwayne took such great care of us with exceptional service and going above and beyond. He is someone who obviously tskes great pride and care in his work. Super professional and friendly and always had us laughing and having a good time. Dwayne with Just Because Tours is not only the best tour operator I have had in Jamaica but is the best tour operator I have had ever! Our group booked both a full day excursion and a night out and both experiences were exceptional! Our day felt less like a tour and more like we were hanging out with a good friend. He made sure we got to each spot safely and had cold water available for us throughout the day. We never felt rushed and the days activities all worked out seamlessly. We started the day with  bamboo rafting, then spent time at 7-mile Beach, had a catamaran tour with snorkeling and ended the day at Rick's Cafe. We were also able to make a souvenier stop to pick up presents for people back home. On our night out Dwayne took us to the best night clubs and stayed with us the whole night; making sure we felt safe while having fun. The Best Tour guide in Jamaica!!!! Check it out, I’ve been to Montego Bay and Jamaica in general several times, and by far this last time in terms of excursions and transportation was the best. Just Because Tours Although my phone service sucks in Jamaica. We were finally able to make contact with Dwayne to get the meet up time the night before the excursion. We were picked up by Denardo.. awesome driver was able to see the town along the way. Due to the weather we were not able to complete the excursion (jet ski & parasailling) we rescheduled for the next morning. He was kind to stop at a spot so we could pick up some souvenirs. Would highly recommend Dwayne and his service here. Extremely professional and prompt. We went out 3 nights to the clubs and bars and even went out during the day for a jet ski excursion during the day. At all times we felt safe and in good hands. Great Tour This was a great tour. Our driver Duane was great and knowledgeable. He showed us different parts of the Montego Bay Area and gave us history behind certain things in Jamaica. It was like a mini city tour. He also slowed down and stopped and allowed us to take videos and pictures.Then we had the best captain of the Bamboo Raft boat his name is Jay. He was so knowledgeable andSo much fun. Was disappointed with the shop on the Hip Strip they tried to keep switching prices on things and to over charge us: over all the tour was a great experience and we got to see Jamaica from another point of view.

Lots of fun and excitement! Omg! We had the best time and a great experience. Dwayne answered all of my questions via email in a timely manner. Our driver, Constantine, was the best! He was very accommodating and got us to and from our destination safely. He was very patient and a pleasure to be around. The van was nice and air-conditioned. Dwayne Is THE BEST!!! We were in Jamaica for a girls trip and Expedia recommending Just Because Tours  for our Excursion for Jet ski and Parasailing. Our Driver was Dwayne and when I tell you he was THE BEST!!!!!!! He arrived on time and guided us the whole way. He recommended places and stopped wherever we wanted to go. Since we are all women we felt very safe with him. He was very nice and personable. He took pictures for us and anything we ask of him he did with a smile. We were so spoiled from him when we booked another tour with someone else prior to arrival we were so sad because Just Because Tours Spoiled US!!!! Birthday Massage I was very excited to be in Jamaica for the first time. Booking with Just Because was the best decision that I made. Dwayne is absolutely amazing. He's very attentive. He exhibits a level of professionalism & customer service that I haven't seen in years. Not only was he punctual, but he's also patient. I had alot of questions & he answered them all. He provided drinks & snacks, played family-friendly music & is a safe driver. The bamboo rafting with limestone massage was fun. While floating down the river; I listened to music while being massaged. It was the perfect way to start my birthday. Very soothing with lots of handsome men. 😁 Everyone that I encountered was extremely polite. They took pictures & video for me. I really enjoyed my day. Dwayne is all that and more! Dwayne was awesome! We only did one excursion for our stay however I truly enjoyed him staying with us during the entire activity. We felt safe as two females who were first timers in Jamaica. He gave us some history and information as we were passing through specific areas. Amazing From our tour guide picking us up from the port, everything was smooth sailing. He provided drinks and good music. He gave us a tour of the community and took us to our bamboo Rafting pick us up and took us wherever we wanted to tour. Trip to Panamá My trip was absolutely amazing, I stayed at a beautiful hotel with an amazing view.
