Just Because Tours Travel Agent Affiliate Terms & Conditions

 

Welcome to the Just Because Tours Travel Agent Affiliate Program, created for travel agents, tour professionals, and travel advisors who wish to earn commissions by booking clients on our unforgettable experiences throughout Jamaica and beyond. Whether you book directly on behalf of your clients or use personalized referral links or codes, this program ensures you’re properly credited and compensated.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program Overview

The Just Because Tours Affiliate Program allows verified travel agents and partners to earn 10% commission for each completed client booking. You may:

  • Book tours on behalf of your clients and notify us for manual assignment.
  • Share your unique referral link or affiliate code with clients.
  • Use approved marketing materials to promote our tours via email, WhatsApp, social media, or your website.
2. Eligibility

To join our program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid email address and payout method (Zelle or bank transfer).
  • Submit an affiliate application, which we manually review and approve.

This program is open to all travel professionals worldwide — not limited to licensed agents.

3. Commission Structure
  • Commission Rate: 10% per completed client booking.
  • Applies to all tours listed on our website or offered by our company.
  • Canceled or refunded bookings are not eligible for commissions.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted (i.e., agents may not earn commission by booking their own personal trips).
4. Referral Tracking

We track agent referrals using:

  • Personalized referral links
  • Affiliate-specific coupon codes
  • Manual assignment of bookings submitted directly by you

If a client does not use your link or code at the time of booking, you must contact us within 48 hours to have the booking manually assigned to your affiliate account.

Referral window: If a client uses your link or code, the referral remains valid for 30 days.

5. Payments
  • Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid 7 days after the client has completed the activity.
  • Minimum Payout Thresholds:
    • Zelle: $10
    • Bank Transfer: $50
  • Payment Methods: Zelle or local/international bank transfer.
  • Refunds & Chargebacks: If a client cancels or a refund/chargeback is processed, the commission is voided. Overpayments made in error may be reclaimed or deducted from future payouts.
6. Booking Policies

Travel agents must ensure that:

  • Accurate client information is provided during booking.
  • Clients are aware of any important terms, schedules, and restrictions related to their tour.
  • All bookings are submitted in a timely and transparent manner.

You are encouraged to confirm availability with us before submitting payment or promising a time slot to your client.

7. Code of Conduct

Agents are expected to:

  • Represent Just Because Tours professionally and honestly.
  • Never misrepresent tour details, pricing, or policies to clients.
  • Avoid unethical or misleading promotional methods.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Running Google Ads or Facebook Ads using our brand name, business name, or direct URL.
  • Spamming, misleading offers, or impersonating our brand.
  • Using our materials without permission or modification.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Marketing & Branding Guidelines

You may request our media kit, which includes:

  • Approved logos
  • Promotional flyers
  • Tour descriptions
  • High-quality photos

All promotional use of our materials requires prior approval. If you wish to create your own branded assets using our content, you must receive written permission first.

If you share information with clients via email, WhatsApp, or your website, ensure it is accurate and up to date.

9. Confidentiality

As a travel agent working with Just Because Tours, you agree to keep confidential any non-public information provided to you, including:

  • Commission structures
  • Marketing strategies
  • Client lists (if shared)
  • Internal communication

Sharing this information with outside parties is not permitted and may result in legal action.

10. Program Changes & Termination
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
  • You will be notified of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
  • We may terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, with or without cause.
  • In cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violations, unpaid commissions may be withheld.
11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes will be handled in Jamaican courts or through our internal resolution process.
