We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to assist whenever possible.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking amount.
- More than 7 days before your scheduled activity: Full refund (0% cancellation fee).
- 3–7 days before your scheduled activity: 25% cancellation fee.
- 48 hours to less than 3 days before your scheduled activity: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours before your scheduled activity, or No-Show: No refund.
