We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to assist whenever possible.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking amount.

• More than 7 days before your scheduled activity: Full refund (0% cancellation fee).
• 3–7 days before your scheduled activity: 25% cancellation fee.
• 48 hours to less than 3 days before your scheduled activity: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 48 hours before your scheduled activity, or No-Show: No refund.

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to admin@justbecausetours.com.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, your email must include:

• The name on the booking
• Your booking number
• The reason for your cancellation (optional, but appreciated)

Cancellation requests submitted via phone call, text message, WhatsApp, social media, or any other communication channel will not be considered official and will only be processed once received by email.

Your cancellation will be considered effective from the date and time we receive your email.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If We Cancel

If Just Because Tours cancels your activity due to severe weather, safety concerns, supplier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of:

• A full refund, or
• Rescheduling your activity to another available date.

Partial Group Cancellations

If one or more guests cancel from a group booking, cancellation fees will apply only to the guests who cancel. However, if the cancellation causes the remaining group to no longer qualify for a group rate or minimum participant requirement, the booking price may be adjusted accordingly.

Late Arrivals

Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location on time. Refunds or credits cannot be provided for missed tours or activities due to late arrival or failure to be present at the scheduled pickup time.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, including attraction tickets, special event tickets, private charters, custom packages, and activities booked with third-party suppliers, may be non-refundable once confirmed. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

By confirming your booking with Just Because Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
