Dwayne was AMAZING from start to finish\! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible and truly made our trip so much more enjoyable\. He was so friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of the entire time\. He was literally a jack of all trades — our driver, tour guide, photographer, and personal concierge all in one\! 😂 He made sure we got to experience Jamaica beyond just the typical tourist stops, including taking us to Juici Patties and KFC, and even treating us to some AMAZING nitrogen ice cream in Ocho Rios\. 🍦🇯🇲 What really stood out was how attentive he was and how much effort he put into making sure we were comfortable, having fun, and getting the most out of our day\. He helped make the experience feel personal rather than just like another tour\. If you’re visiting Jamaica and looking for someone who is reliable, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his guests having a great time — **BOOK DWAYNE\!** You will not regret it\! We had such an incredible experience and would **100% recommend his services**\. We will absolutely be using Dwayne again the next time we’re in Jamaica\! 🇯🇲🌴❤️Posted on Google

Stephanie B11 July 2026Dwayne with Just Because Tours is not only the best tour operator I have had in Jamaica but is the best tour operator I have had ever! Our group booked both a full day excursion and a night out and both experiences were exceptional! Our day felt less like a tour and more like we were hanging out with a good friend. He made sure we got to each spot safely and had cold water available for us throughout the day. We never felt rushed and the days activities all worked out seamlessly. We started the day with bamboo rafting, then spent time at 7-mile Beach, had a catamaran tour with snorkeling and ended the day at Rick's Cafe. We were also able to make a souvenier stop to pick up presents for people back home. On our night out Dwayne took us to the best night clubs and stayed with us the whole night; making sure we felt safe while having fun. If you are coming to Jamaica do not hesitate to book Just Because Tours for all of your excursions. You will not regret it!Posted on Google

Vanity Roddie24 June 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Highly Recommend! If you're looking for a tour company that will make you feel like royalty, book with Just Because Tours! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, I was treated like a queen. I felt safe at all times, and the communication was excellent every step of the way. Every vendor and excursion partner they connected us with was professional, respectful, and welcoming. The entire experience was seamless, and I never had to worry about a thing. No request was too small or too big, whatever we needed, they made it happen. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. It never felt like we were tourists. It felt like we were visiting family in Montego Bay. The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care they showed us were unmatched. If you want your vacation done right and want to enjoy yourself without the stress of planning or worrying about logistics, Just Because Tours is the way to go. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for making my trip unforgettable. I can't wait to book with you again!Posted on Google

Ashley Jones3 June 2026We had an exceptional experience with Just Because Tours in Jamaica! Our driver, Dwayne, provided an upscale, private transportation experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Dwayne was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. He shared fascinating history and local insights about Jamaica, which added so much value to our trip. We used his services for both daytime excursions and evening outings, and his reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. What we appreciated most was the personalized, private experience. We never felt rushed, and Dwayne made sure our transportation needs were handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our vacation. The Best Tour guide in Jamaica!!!! Check it out, I’ve been to Montego Bay and Jamaica in general several times, and by far this last time in terms of excursions and transportation was the best. Dewayne of Just Because Tours really took care of us. Would highly recommend and will never use anyone else for tour guide or excursion booking in Jamaica.Posted on Tripadvisor
samuelfamily201921 September 2025Just Because Tours Although my phone service sucks in Jamaica. We were finally able to make contact with Dwayne to get the meet up time the night before the excursion. We were picked up by Denardo.. awesome driver was able to see the town along the way. Due to the weather we were not able to complete the excursion (jet ski & parasailling) we rescheduled for the next morning. He was kind to stop at a spot so we could pick up some souvenirs. I would choose Just Because Tours.Posted on Tripadvisor
Marie M20 September 2025Amazing birthday trip Beautiful and awesome . Amazing trip one I will never forget. Plan this trip for my birthday. All the excursions were amazing.Posted on Google
Jeff Branham15 September 2025Would highly recommend Dwayne and his service here. Extremely professional and prompt. We went out 3 nights to the clubs and bars and even went out during the day for a jet ski excursion during the day. At all times we felt safe and in good hands. Wish I could give him more stars but this is all I can. He felt more like a friend when we left than a driver.Posted on Google

Jessica Brown14 August 2025We had an amazing time with our tour guide Dwayne! He showed us the best of the city—stopping for food, pictures, and all the must-see spots. He shared so much fascinating Jamaican history and even took us where the locals hang out, introducing us to some of his friends. Dwayne also arranged our bamboo rafting tour, and it was unforgettable. Jay, our rafting guide, was fantastic and the limestone massage was incredible! Afterward, we stopped at a local restaurant near the rafting site for the most delicious oxtails, and the owner welcomed us like family. If you’re in Jamaica, I highly recommend booking with Dwayne and Jay—you’ll get the real, authentic experience! 🌴🇯🇲 Turk FamilyPosted on Google

Carol George29 June 2025This was my first time using a private tour operator for my excursions and various outings on the island. I discovered Dwayne and Just Because Tours from a recommendation in the Hilton/Dreams Rose Hall Facebook page. I see now why he came highly recommended. We have been communicating since March about the various things that I and my clients wanted to do while on the island. He is extremely responsive and patient. He provided my entire group with exceptional customer service. He was on time for our outings and if he was running late due to traffic he communicated that with us. As a travel agent I am very selective of who I give my clients to because I want them to have a seamless experience. I am not & will not hesitate to send more of my clients to Dwayne at Just Because Tours.Posted on Google
Kayla Amira21 June 2025The drivers were great! Junior was very nice, patient and taught us some things about Jamaica. Dwayne was very cool and lit! He took us wherever we wanted to go, texted us with all updates, showed us the best clubs, eateries and shops. Dwayne also partied with us and made sure we were safe. He also taught us a lot about Jamaican culture. They made the experience very enjoyable. We will be booking with them again!!Posted on Tripadvisor
Johnnetta R20 June 2025Great Tour This was a great tour. Our driver Duane was great and knowledgeable. He showed us different parts of the Montego Bay Area and gave us history behind certain things in Jamaica. It was like a mini city tour. He also slowed down and stopped and allowed us to take videos and pictures. Then we had the best captain of the Bamboo Raft boat his name is Jay. He was so knowledgeable andSo much fun. Was disappointed with the shop on the Hip Strip they tried to keep switching prices on things and to over charge us: over all the tour was a great experience and we got to see Jamaica from another point of view.Posted on Tripadvisor
gina w23 April 2025Lots of fun and excitement! Omg! We had the best time and a great experience. Dwayne answered all of my questions via email in a timely manner. Our driver, Constantine, was the best! He was very accommodating and got us to and from our destination safely. He was very patient and a pleasure to be around. The van was nice and air-conditioned. We had a blast on the Catamaran Cruise and Bamboo Rafting excursion. I would definitely recommend Just Because Tours and wouldn't hesitate to use them again when visiting Jamaica!Posted on Google
Tanja Lakic6 April 2025I am not one to leave Google reviews very often at all but Dwayne deserves ALL THE CREDIT! From the prompt email response to my questions confirming pickup time to offering to make a stop on the way back from the excursion to try authentic Jamaican food all while he had his own vacation to tend to just later that same afternoon. Such an incredible guy!!! If you’re thinking about booking anything while in Jamaica, don’t look anywhere else.Posted on Google

Our Driver was Dwayne and when I tell you he was THE BEST!!!!!!! He arrived on time and guided us the whole way. He recommended places and stopped wherever we wanted to go. Since we are all women we felt very safe with him. He was very nice and personable. He took pictures for us and anything we ask of him he did with a smile. S. Anderson17 October 2024I rarely write reviews, however, this one is worth writing. Prior to my arrival, I received info on Just Because Tours from a travel agent. I called directly to ask questions and spoke with Monique and she told me I didn't need to call anyone else, and she would take care of me and long story short...she did (I had been stressing over everything and she lifted that burden). I booked the bamboo rafting at Lethe and clear kayak photo shoot (he even made some additional stops for us). She provided great customer service and provided the best deals. Upon arrival in Montego Bay, she informed me Dwayne would be our driver. Dwayne is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & fun and also provided a level of security and comfort for our group. He stayed with us during the excursions and is well connected and respected in the community. I plan to book them again when I return, and several members of my group are returning soon and plan to use them as well. This was a milestone birthday celebration for me and Just Because Tours has played a memorable role which will never be forgotten. If you want professionalism and excellence, book Just Because Tours.Posted on Tripadvisor
Ebony K6 October 2024Birthday Massage I was very excited to be in Jamaica for the first time. Booking with Just Because was the best decision that I made. Dwayne is absolutely amazing. He's very attentive. He exhibits a level of professionalism & customer service that I haven't seen in years. Not only was he punctual, but he's also patient. I had alot of questions & he answered them all. He provided drinks & snacks, played family-friendly music & is a safe driver. The bamboo rafting with limestone massage was fun. While floating down the river; I listened to music while being massaged. It was the perfect way to start my birthday. Very soothing with lots of handsome men. 😁 Everyone that I encountered was extremely polite. They took pictures & video for me. I really enjoyed my day. I can't wait to return to Jamaica for a repeat. I don't recommend booking your excursions with anyone other than Just Because.Posted on Google

Liz S21 February 2024I can’t speak for the booking process. This was all arranged for my 40th B-Day trip by my hubby and best friend! The owners of this company were beyond professional yet just the vibe we needed. Both Dewayne and Monique accompanied us on night out events. And vibed out to the fullest!! Dewayne helped out wherever needed to my absolute surprise. I did a Long Flying Dress photo shoot. Dewayne stopped prior and picked up my balloons. He even helped to flap the dress in the wind to give that extra effect! If that doesn’t speak to how helpful this duo is then I don’t know what else can be said! He was on time and stayed as long as we wanted to. Never feeling rushed or hassled. All financial transactions were correctly executed by Monique. She booked and scheduled my makeup/flying dress rental and a photographer and many other excursions. So with that being said. Reach out to JustBecauseTours if you need your plans to go right and to bring your thoughts to realization! Thanks again guys for making my milestone B-Day one to remember!Posted on Google

Bobby Farrar11 December 2023We took a family trip to Jamaica. It started off pretty rocky with our hotel accommodations and their transportation from the airport. But we made it to such a beautiful island that felt like a home away from home. We were determined to not let this jade our overall experience. The savior of our entire trip outside of the crystal clear waters, beautiful black people and phenomenal food was our newly adopted family Dwayne (The Mayor) of Just Because Tours. He gave us the tourist sites with an authentic history and experience that felt local. He had relationships with all the vendors and knew all the timings of rush hours perfectly to avoids crowds at places like the river raft and ATV venues. In that same vein we got to experience local stores, fruit and food stands as well as authentic Jamaican beef patties/coco bread at juicy patties. We didn’t feel rushed at all and since we were the only guest with him throughout the entire day each time we got to connect to where it was just like our family from Jamaica was taking us to the hot spots that we needed to see. If you going to visit the island… the only way to go is just because tours.Posted on Google

Rena Mitchell5 September 2023Dwayne was a great tour guide. He stayed with us for our entire excursion and allow us to stop for a bite to eat from a recommended restaurant. I will book all my excursions through Just Because every time I visit Jamaica now.Posted on Tripadvisor
Daniella102128 August 2023Amazing experience with Just Because In terms of communication, safety, fun, and cost, my experience with Just Because easily garners a perfect 10/10. Their commitment to clear communication, ensuring our safety at all times, the abundance of fun activities, and reasonable pricing truly set them apart. I had an amazing time experiencing the Bamboo Rafting with Limestone Massage and Hip Strip Shopping tour in Jamaica with Just Because. Dwayne, our guide, was fantastic. He was organized, informative, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout. His personalized approach and flexibility were outstanding. We even booked another last-minute excursion with them. The communication, safety, fun, and value were all top-notch. I highly recommend Just Because for an unforgettable Jamaican adventurePosted on Tripadvisor

Brittany F13 June 2023Amazing Personalized Experience! Our tour was booked through another vendor but was transferred to Just Because tours due to a busy day for the island, and I’m so glad it was! Dwayne was our friend for the day. He picked us up at the cruise port and drove us to Sand & Saddle where we had a private horseback riding excursion planned for our family. He was extremely attentive to our needs with a little one with us, and engaged in great conversation to help us learn about Jamaica and his own life experiences. He was friendly, warm, and had a great sense of humor. After our excursion he took us for lunch at Scotchies and helped us order some authentic food. We could not have had a better day, and it was honestly all because of him. We hope to see “y’all” again, Dwayne! Much love from the Fish family!Posted on TripadvisorTiff J7 May 2023Amazing must vist when in Jamaica I had an amazing time!!. My tour guides at Just because tours picked up my family and I from our hotel. Where we greeted by a professional driver he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was a private tour at river rafting. I received an amazing limestone massage while on the raft. The limestone exfoliated my skin which was exactly what i needed due to my tan. The scenery was breath taking. I would definitely do this again.
