SECTION 2 – BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
All bookings made through Just Because Tours are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure a reservation, either full payment, a 20% deposit, or selection of the Reserve Now, Pay Later option may be required, depending on the service booked.
For bookings made under the Reserve Now, Pay Later option, full payment must be received no later than two (2) days prior to the date of the activity.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) days prior to the date of the activity.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Just Because Tours reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after a booking has been submitted.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and account information. Just Because Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking if inaccurate information is provided or if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & MODIFICATIONS
Cancellations made by customers are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the specific service or tour. Refunds may not be issued for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or changes made outside the allowable window.
Just Because Tours reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any tour or service due to weather, safety concerns, low participation, or other uncontrollable factors. In such cases, customers will be offered alternatives or a full refund. To view our Cancellation Policy click here.
SECTION 4 – TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & LIABILITY
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have valid travel documentation, such as passports, visas, and health requirements.
Participation in tours may involve physical activities and inherent risks. By booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Just Because Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party negligence.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some services provided through our platform are operated by independent third-party vendors. We do not warrant the performance or conduct of third-party providers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or representations.
