The actual flight typically lasts approximately 10–12 minutes, although the total experience may take longer depending on preparation, weather and operational conditions.
No previous parasailing experience is required. The activity team will provide instructions before your experience.

- This is a multi-experience package and activities may take place on different days during your vacation.
- Advance reservations are recommended, especially during peak travel periods.
- Activity times are subject to availability.
- Airport and excursion transportation applies to accommodations within our designated pickup areas. Additional transportation charges may apply to accommodations outside the included service area.
- Parasailing is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.
- Guests should follow all instructions provided by activity guides and operators.
- A waiver may be required before participating in certain activities.
- Please provide accurate hotel/accommodation and flight information when booking.
- Food, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, photos, videos and other optional purchases are not included unless specifically stated.
- Additional activities can be added to the package upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply:
More than 3 days before your scheduled activity:
Eligible for a full refund.
3 days before your scheduled activity:
A 25% cancellation fee applies.
2 days before your scheduled activity:
A 50% cancellation fee applies.
1 day or less before your scheduled activity or no-show:
No refund will be issued.
To request a cancellation, please contact Just Because Tours with the name on the booking and booking number.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider.
Weather & Operator Cancellations
If an included experience cannot operate because of unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work with you to reschedule the affected experience. If Just Because Tours or the activity provider cancels an experience and rescheduling is not possible, the applicable refund will be provided.
Please note: Because The Jamaica First-Timer contains multiple services and experiences, cancellation of one activity does not automatically cancel or refund the entire package.
