Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply, subject to any separately disclosed and agreed terms for customized arrangements.

How to Cancel
Please email admin@justbecausetours.com with your booking name and booking number.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, although additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Customized Arrangements
Special-order decorations, cakes, flowers and third-party reservations may have separate cancellation terms. Any applicable non-refundable charges must be disclosed and agreed upon before booking.
Weather & Operator Cancellations
If Just Because Tours or an activity provider cancels an experience, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive the applicable refund.
If only one component is canceled, the applicable refund will be based on the affected portion of the package rather than automatically refunding the entire booking.

No. This is a two-day experience. Day one features couples bamboo rafting and a luxury picnic, while day two features your private beach dinner and romantic surprise.
Absolutely! Share your preferred colors, romantic theme and occasion with us. Custom requests outside the standard package may incur additional charges.
The luxury picnic includes the agreed setup and décor. Picnic food and beverages are not included unless specifically listed in your booking confirmation.
Yes! Let us know your plans in advance so we can coordinate the occasion. Additional proposal décor, photography and other special arrangements can be quoted separately.
Yes. Photography, upgraded flowers, premium décor and other romantic touches can be arranged at an additional cost.
Outdoor experiences are weather-dependent. If conditions prevent an experience from operating safely, we'll discuss available alternatives, rescheduling or the applicable refund.
