Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s a quick overview of our cancellation and refund terms:
- More than 3 days before your tour: Full refund.
- 3 days before: 25% cancellation fee.
- 2 days before: 50% cancellation fee.
- 1 day or less / No-show: No refund.
All cancellations must be submitted via email to admin@justbecausetours.com
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, but the time it takes for funds to appear may depend on your bank.
If Just Because Tours cancels a tour due to weather or other unforeseen events, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule.
Itinerary
8:00 AM – Hotel Pickup (Montego Bay)
Our air-conditioned vehicle picks you up from your hotel or villa in Montego Bay. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a scenic 1.5 to 2-hour drive along Jamaica’s lush northern coast to Ocho Rios.
10:00 AM – Arrival at Mystic Mountain Jamaica
Upon arrival, we check you in and get your adventure wristbands. You’ll receive a quick briefing, then the fun begins!
10:15 AM – Sky Explorer Ride
Start with a smooth chairlift ride ascending 700 feet above sea level. Take in breathtaking views of the rainforest and turquoise coastline—this is just the beginning!
10:45 AM – Adventure Time!
Choose your thrill, or do them all:
Bobsled Jamaica Ride – Zoom through the jungle on your own bobsled coaster.
Canopy Zipline – Glide from treetop to treetop.
Raggamuffin Ride – Swing and spin through the forest on this unique gravity-powered ride.
12:00 PM – Explore Complimentary Attractions
After the main adventures, take your time to enjoy:
Infinity Pool & Waterslide – Cool down with a relaxing swim.
Anansi’s Web – Test your balance and agility on the rope course.
The Rock – Snap a few must-have photos with incredible backdrops.
Hummingbird Garden – Enjoy a quiet walk through tropical flowers and buzzing birds.
1:00 PM – Lunch & Refreshments
Grab a bite at Mystic Mountain’s dining area. Choose from personal pan pizzas, jerk chicken with rice and peas, paninis, and drinks from the espresso bar. Vegan and kid-friendly options available.
2:00 PM – Depart Mystic Mountain
Board the bus and kick back as we head back to Montego Bay with great memories, laughs, and photos to last a lifetime.
4:00 – 4:30 PM – Return to Hotel (Montego Bay)
Arrive safely back at your hotel or villa, relaxed and recharged after an epic day of fun and nature.
Pickup Point
Pick up for this adventure is available from all major hotels in the Montego Bay region, as well as from some Villas and Airbnb’s. Once your booking has been completed we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm your location and pickup time.

The round-trip drive from Montego Bay takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours each way. We typically spend 3–4 hours at Mystic Mountain, making this a full-day experience.
